My inspiration is Arnold Schwarzenegger he is one of the most fit persons I have ever seen. He was born in 1947,June 30 he is the age of 68 and he is still fit and don't forget buff. He was the former governor of California also he is an actor mad so many awesome movies for example terminator, predator, and total recall best movies I've seen. I am here to tell you that Arnold is a professional body builder that stays fit and lifts weights. Before I forgot his spouse is Maria Shriver and they have about 5 kids.
Arnolds work out regimen is for barbells he does 5 sets with 8 reps also for front squats he does 5 sets and up to 8 or 10 reps. He does 5 sets and 10 reps for leg extension and lying leg curl. 5 sets and up to 30 reps for donkey calf raises and standing calf raises. For dumbbell calf raises he does about 3 sets and about 15-30 reps. I'm going to stop here to say wow don't you see how strong this man is it's just amazing.
Being physically fit about working out and taking care of your body. Cardiovascular health is when your heart is being affected by your blood vessels it is not healthy. The heart should be exercised about 45 min with taking at least 10 min breaks. It is important to work out you heart for health reasons and for your body so you can be fit and healthy. Intensity is the amount of potential you have and that you can handle. Aerobic exercises are used to work your heart for example running, jogging , and even swimming. You can live a healthier life by eating healthy and working out to stay fit. my vacation work is going to be focused on my upper body more than anything else like my triceps and my biceps and then last my chest.
